Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Bather & Outline Trim Specialist, where your passion for animals and attention to detail will shine! In this lively role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services that ensure pets look and feel their best. Your energetic approach will help create a positive experience for both pets and their owners, fostering trust and satisfaction. Duties

Safely bathe and dry pets, ensuring thorough cleaning and comfort during the process
Perform precise outline trims and pet coat styling to meet owner specifications and breed standards
Handle animals gently and confidently, utilizing proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for pets and staff
Assist with pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other grooming maintenance tasks
Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and aftercare instructions
Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, adhering to sanitation protocols
Assist with animal handling during grooming procedures, including kennel management and pet sitting as needed

Skills

Experience in dog training, pet grooming, or veterinary settings is highly desirable
Strong animal handling skills, including canine and feline handling techniques
Knowledge of veterinary procedures such as veterinary technician or assistant experience is a plus
Familiarity with pet coat styling, pet nail trimming, and animal restraint methods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with pet owners
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling larger animals or equipment
Prior kennel experience or pet sitting background is beneficial for understanding animal behavior and care needs

Work Location: Mobile; services performed at client's homes in our vans.

Compensation: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
