Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Groomer to join our mobile spa team. You will lead a team in delivering stress-free, convenient grooming experiences for pets, and ensure the success of our mobile grooming operations.

Lead Groomer Responsibilities

Onboard new groomers, ensuring they meet all training and certification requirements.
Drive our state-of-the-art Mercedes Sprinter van to appointments in the Furry Land Sherman/Ada area.
Provide professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, and styling.
Assist in developing business growth strategies.
Oversee the maintenance and servicing of mobile grooming vans.
Manage appointment scheduling to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries and concerns.

Lead Groomer Requirements

Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with a deep understanding of grooming techniques and breed standards.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate the grooming van.
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with animals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
1-3 years of grooming experience across all breeds.
Experience with supervision and training is preferred.
